Safety is of utmost importance to us at Small Strides. In addition to providing your child with a safe classroom environment, we strive to ensure your child’s safety at all times. All parents and visitors must enter and exit through the main doors at the front of the building. Once inside, parents and visitors must check in at the front desk where someone is always monitoring who walks through the door.
Sign- In/Out Procedures
Every child is checked in through our online tracking system once they enter the building.
Upon, registering we ask for an emergency contact along with the names of any person who is allowed to pick up your child. When picking up your child, authorized people will have to have prior approval and will have to show proper photo identification in order for your child to be released to them.

More stringent exclusion policies for children who become ill/sick.
Individual art supplies to minimize communal sharing.

Continual monitoring of CDC and Washoe County Health Department guidelines and recommendations.
